Jean Schiller has over 20 years of experience in the field of human factors, ergonomics and usability. Her work has involved user research and human factors as related to a wide variety of products and industries, including: - web and mobile technologies - household appliances - automobiles - heating & cooling equipment - children's products - personal computer equipment - personal protective equipmentShe is active in the human factors community and has held committee membership for ASTM and ANSI standards. Jean is also a Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP) and a Certified Product Safety Manager (CPSM).
