Jean Schiller's Bio:
Jean Schiller has over 25 years of experience in the field of UX research, human factors, ergonomics and usability. Her work has involved user experience research and human factors as related to a wide variety of products and industries, including: web and mobile technologies, household appliances. automobiles, heating & cooling equipment, children's products, personal computer equipment, and personal protective equipment. She is active in the human factors community and has held committee membership for ASTM and ANSI standards. Jean is also a Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP) and a Certified Product Safety Manager (CPSM).
